Canon WP-DC21 Underwater housing for Canon G9 Digital Cameras

finished 2 weeks in cayman. little and grand. housing and the G9 worked very well. no problems with the housing or camera. do get the weight kit that goes w/ it.

Great product for the cost. It works great and if you use it correctly, it works great.

We just came back from our vacations where I could tests this housing and the results were simply WONDERFUL!!!, not a single complain about the product. It is simply the most user friendly and effective housing I have tested.

The housing is very effective for the price. Only complain is that macro shots are near impossible with a flash from the size of the tube when using the internal flash even with the diffuser. Need an external flash for macro shots.

As useful as this housing may be, the price tag is high. Canon mentions that it is useful when you take pictures in rainy weather (like there are thousands of us "loving" to take pictures under rain) or when it's snowing.
On these rare occasions, I have to spare $180 dollars for a product that will be in my closet more than on the camera itself.
A price review will probably attract more attention...like mine for example.
Canon, please get the price down...
