Linksys Wireless Internet Camera with Audio

They can't support this properly - beware. A simple question on how to connect this wirelessly they can't provide help. They then actually had the nerve to tell me to seek support from the retailer!!

Very dissapointed with the service i recieved for highly trained tech's for my linksys wv200 internet camera.I would rate myself as highly knowledgeable person in regards to setting up networks and ip or software issues. Spent countless hours of talks with the tech support of troubleshoot........still ended up dissapointed.Didnt expect such low quality of service for such a big copration.Have lost a customer and word of mouth from me about this product and services.In conclusion i had to return the camera.

Poor quality and hooking up is timely and connection resets, etc.. Not worth the money!

Installed six of these cameras in a large building. Easy setup,very good picture quality. Love the ability to tilt and pan from a remote computer, and to access the cameras from home.

I purchased this camera and sent it back 48-hours later. I have a Linksys WRT350N (top of the line wireless-N router). This camera would not join the network. I am network savvy, still no joy in a wireless setup. Plus, in wired mode I had a chance to review the functionality of the camera, and let me tell you, it stinks. Sure, resolution `is-what-it-is', but the pan and tilt motor sounds like a freight train. Obviously, this camera wasn't intended for clandestine operation, nor was this what I was looking for, however I didn't intend to wake the dead every time the pan/tilt motor engages. I sent this product back and ordered the Panasonic BL-C131; Panasonic makes a great camera!
