Flip Video AWC2T Underwater Case for UltraHD and Ultra 2nd Generation camcorders (Clear)

The case is just all around a great thing to have. Brought this w/ the fam for vacation at a water park and took video of my daughter on everthing. Got smaked around by some forceful amounts of water had no leaks very well made.

The Underwater case for the Flip UltraHD is a great accessory for the Flip camera, for anyone going to the beach, with a pool, or who just wants to goof around with underwater video. The case is watertight, lightweight and has a useful strap. It also works well in the ocean. I even bought one for my brother.

My husband &I have brought this underwater case with our Flip Video to Schliterbahn Waterpark on ALL the Waterslides, snorkeling in the Caribbean at Grand Cayman Islands, swimming casually in pools, swimming & rappelling down waterfalls, and snorkeling off the coast of Mexico at Majahuitas. The case helps protect the camera and does a great job underwater.

I used this item snorkeling on our honeymoon in Mexico. It performed as it was advertised. I was able to take video (including video of a 5 foot barracuda) without any damage to the camera.

Pros:
Easy to use
Does not leak
Fits the camera perfectly

Cons:
Like all underwater camera cases ... they float (kind of a pain when swimming down to see things on the bottom)

Unknown:
Did not do any scuba diving, so I cannot attest to it at any depths (I had it at maybe 14' at the most)

Just came back from Cancun. By leaving my full size video camera home, I borrowed a Flip camera from my friend that, I am glad, came with this underwater case. My family had a wonderful time at Xel-Ha with many unforgettable videos. Thanks for the Flip and this underwater case. I am sure I will get one for myself.
